What are the Transfer Fees?

Members: $25 + TICS Fee ($10) | NON-Members: $40 + TICS Fee ($10)

Do you Accept Returns?

We will NOT Accept a return on a FIREARM of ANY KIND! All others items (excluding memberships & training) are the responsibility of the purchaser to return and once returned in un-opened condition, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee. ANY refund will only be returned to the orginal form of payment. NO EXCEPTIONS. Memberships & training are not returnable in any form or fashion. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

We offer Gift Cards, that are non-refundable, that can be purchased here.

Do you purchase used guns or accept consignment sales?

We have a limited amount of space and budget for these items. We selectively work with consignments, and very rarely privately purchase guns. Bring in your unloaded firearm and ask for David, he will be glad to review your firearm and questions.

Is the Indoor Range open on days where a Permit Class is scheduled?

Yes. We only need 3 or 4 lanes temporarily for the Range portion of the test. We will usually reserve those just ahead of the testing time. Call ahead if you have time-related questions.

What is the training rescheduling policy?

Ares Tactical Training is happy to provide ONE (1) free reschedule of your class for any reason. After which time it would be necessary to re-register and pay again to claim a spot in a class. There are NO REFUNDS for training.

What if I get denied then file an appeal and STILL get denied?

Ares Tactical will refund the price of the firearm minus a $50.00 fee plus a $10 Tics background fee. To be clear, total amount of your fiream plus tax and tics minus the $50 fee. We will refund your money minus the fee once we have gotten a sustained denial from TICS and you request a refund in person. If purchased on a debit or Credit Card, then it will be refunded to the debit/credit card that was used only. Otherwise the refund will be issued in the form of a company check within two weeks.
